
Are you ready for Knight School? Learn the skills to be a Knight of the Realm with a fun-packed day of medieval mayhem.

Children can travel back in time over the school holidays at The Bosworth Heritage Centre’s very first Knight School with real hands-on training in the arts of knightly combat. Young knights will be put through their paces with a fun-packed program of interactive historical learning - who will have the skills and endurance that were needed to become a real Medieval knight?

Activities will include marching to the top of Ambion Hill, pledging your allegience to the King, weapons training with bill drills, a treasure hunt to find missing armoury and the chance to try on armour in Bosworth's award-winning exhibition.

Knight School is aimed at 8-11 year olds and is run from 10.00am - 4.00pm. Parents are welcome to stay on-site or alternatively children can be left for the day with the battlefield team and picked up at 4pm.
The whole day costs £20 per child and as each Knight School accepts only 15 children, early booking is essential to ensure your place on 01455 290 429.
Refreshments are provided, however children must bring their own packed lunch and wear protective footwear and waterproof coat.
Parking is free for parents/guardians dropping off and picking up.
